1. Overview

Our policy is not to sell or share personal information for monetary consideration or cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under applicable law. Submitting an opt-out request does not necessarily stop all communications already requested by you, all provider or enrollment follow-up tied to a user-directed inquiry, or all processing allowed by law. Provider availability, enrollment, or service requests may require disclosing information when you ask Sky Select to help with those services.

3. How to Submit a Privacy Request

To submit a privacy request, contact us using the existing business contact details below. Please include "Privacy Request" in your email subject or call notes, describe the request type, and provide enough information for us to locate and verify the relevant record.

Please do not send sensitive account passwords, full payment card numbers, or unrelated personal records in a privacy request email.

  • Uses allowed by applicable law after an opt-out, deletion, or other privacy request.

6. No Discrimination

Sky Select will not discriminate against users for exercising valid privacy rights. For example, we will not deny service or provide a different level of service solely because you submitted a valid privacy request, except where a difference is reasonably related to the value or availability of the information or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
